The 2010 Annual Meeting of the Electrostatics Society of America will be held June 22-24, 2010, at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
Papers will be presented in all scientific and technical areas involving
electrostatics, ranging from fundamental investigations
of electrostatic phenomena to studies of the implications, mitigation,
or utilization of electrostatic phenomena in diverse settings.
The conference will be held at the University of North Carolina - Charlotte campus, in the Holiday Inn University City Hotel.
Conference Registration and Housing
Complete the following three steps to register for the conference and reserve your hotel room:
A. Submit the web-based registration form
B. Pay your registration fee by credit card (reduced rates if paid by 5/22/10)
C. Reserve your hotel room ($95/night if booked by 5/22/10)
Submission of manuscripts for conference proceedings: Manuscripts must be created with the template provided here (download template). Email the pdf file of the manuscript to daniel.lacks@case.edu, by April 18, 2010; only pdf files will be accepted.

March 1, 2010: Abstract submission deadline
March 17, 2010: Notification of paper acceptance
April 18, 2010: Manuscripts for proceedings due
May 22, 2010: Early registration deadline
June 22, 2010: Conference begins (1 PM)
June 24, 2010: Conference ends after banquet (10 PM)
