The ESA presents annual awards for Lifetime Achievement and Distinguished Service, and grants Honorary Life Membership.  ESA members can submit nominations for these awards to the ESA Secretary.

The ESA also maintains the Electrostatics Hall of Fame at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia.
