Application for ESA Membership

You may apply for ESA membership by mail or by using the on-line form provided below.

If you apply on-line, you will be directed to our secure PayPal site for payment via credit card.

Apply by Mail:

When applying by mail, enclose US $20.00 along with your name, address, and the informational items listed below. (Sorry, we are not able to accept credit cards for mail-in applications; credit card payments may only be made when joining via the online form.)

When mailing, include:

• Check or money order: $20.00 (US)
• Name (please print clearly)
• Address (Include zip code and country)
• Occupation, for example: researcher, teacher, student, general electrostatics interest, etc.
• Phone Number (indicate W for work and H for home if more than one)
• Fax Number (include area code)
• e-mail
