Subscribe to the Journal of Electrostatics

The Electrostatics Society of America has a special agreement with Elsevier, publisher of the Journal of Electrostatics, whereby members can purchase personal subscriptions at the rate of  $122 per year. Given the institutional price of $1,263 per year, this special rate represents a substantial savings.  The member subscription is optional, and is for individual use only.

The Journal of Electrostatics started publication in 1975 and is published in three volumes per year (4 issues/volume.)  The journal has as its goal the dissemination of knowledge relating to static electricity and is aimed at a wide audience that includes physicists, electrical engineers, mechanical, chemical, and aeronautical engineers, chemists, biologists, and individuals working in medicine and meteorology.  The topics covered in the journal include fundamentals, theory, modeling, applications, biotechnology, microengineering, computational methods, and electrostatic hazards.

Orders for member subscriptions will be processed by the ESA. Elsevier will mail your personal copy directly to the address that you specify. If you are interested, mail the form with payment of $122 per year, made payable to the Electrostatics Society of America, to the ESA Secretary-Treasurer:

The subscription cycle will begin in January and will be solicited at the time of the ESA's membership renewal cycle as well as at the annual ESA meeting in June.
